Changing or cancelling orders

Cancellation

When cancelling an order, we advise you to send us an email and then call us to confirm the cancellation.
Please note that we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so do not wait too long.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Changes

You can change your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.
Bear in mind that any changes will increase the lead time of your order by 1 business day to allow us to process the change.
