Distance Selling Regulations in the Netherlands

The Dutch Distance Selling Regulations apply to the relationship between the vendor and the consumer, not the relationship between the vendor and the distributor. This means that we are not obligated to accept returned products.

Drop-shipping

If you make use of our drop-shipping service and a customer would like to return a product, this product must be returned to your company’s address.

This product will then become part of your stock. We do not communicate with your customers.
