Missing goods/deliveries

Have you or has one of your drop-ship customers received an incorrect product, or are you missing a product? Please <a href="https://petdiscount.nl/en/contact”> contact us and we will provide a suitable solution. All of our orders are carefully checked, so we are glad to say that this does not happen often.

Defective product

Do you have a defective product? Please let us know via our RMA-form. You will receive an RMA number from us after submitting the form. Send this RMA number as a reference with the goods to be returned. Returns without an RMA-number will not be processed.
