If you would like to share a complaint or suggestion for improvement with us, please contact our customer service department. Together we will look for a solution and try and turn the situation into a positive experience.
If you are not satisfied with the solution offered by our customer service department, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject heading ‘Reimbursement complaint’. We will respond to your complaint within 5 business days.
Complaints with drop-ship orders
You are required to resolve any issues with your own customers regarding shipment of drop-ship orders. We will NEVER communicate with your customers. It is also not possible for your customers to make any complaints directly to Petdiscount.
