Complaints
At Petdiscount, we believe that our customers are key and we constantly strive to improve our level of service.
We take any complaints very seriously and are always prepared to look for a solution, should you unfortunately have any issues or negative experiences without our service.
If you would like to share a complaint or suggestion for improvement with us, please contact our customer service department. Together we will look for a solution and try and turn the situation into a positive experience.
If you are not satisfied with the solution offered by our customer service department, please send an email to info@petdiscount.nl with the subject heading ‘Reimbursement complaint’. We will respond to your complaint within 5 business days.
Complaints with drop-ship orders
You are required to resolve any issues with your own customers regarding shipment of drop-ship orders. We will NEVER communicate with your customers. It is also not possible for your customers to make any complaints directly to Petdiscount.
